OMG I can finally eat!

2 weeks of no fun....it was insane! I went and got an unfill yesterday and instead of 5.5 cc's there was 6! Where the hell did they come from??? LOL!

It was pretty rough! Amazing how we can take eating for granted sometimes and it def puts everything in perspective! I have lost 90lbs and I am getting the..."ok you now have lost too much" comments! You can see it all in my face!

Im at 142 and working on toning and getting my body strong! I love seeing the transformation and the muscles growing....makes me happy!

I look back into the past year and a half and think what a rollercoaster of a ride it has been and I have no regrets! I got my life back and I will take every breath I can to live healthy and happy for the rest of it!

Its a beauty of a day in the westcoast...gonna go and play in it!

Hi y'all...so sorry for my absence! Its been a crazy couple of months!
Just dealing with my dad's health issues (replaced knee) and its been insane!

Its definitely taking a toll on my mom and the whole family!

The weather in Vancouver hasn't been the best but today its sunny and we will take it!

I miss you all and look forward to catching up on how everyone's doing!

Life and the band have been pretty good...a few ups and downs along the way but I dont want to ever be the person I was Feb 23, 2010! One day at a time...

We have been to Cali so many times but this time was just so much better. I was happier, which meant we were all happier! I was able to walk around Disney with no issues and I was able to walk down Rodeo and do some major damage and had a blast doing it!

I also got to meet Steve Martin and Lorne Michaels on Rodeo! I was shaking for over 10 minutes! Insane!

Our new fave place to eat is Chipotle's! Oh my...absolute delish!

Finally got back after 10 days of bliss, come home and decide to watch my PVR'd episode of Oprah with Rob Lowe on it! My, oh my...I have a crush and a hard one! I went and bought his book and the new issue of Vanity Fair! I just keep dreaming of his real teeny, tiny grey briefs! My husband is all ok with it cause he reaps the rewards :)

Ive been trying to keep up with the blogs...right now my life is feeling a little BLOGGED! Crazy ass busy time of year!

Is it possible to CLONE myself???

This past weekend has been freakin HAIRY! 3 birthdays, 1 retirement dinner, hockey and swimming lessons....SERENITY NOW! Then I get a call last night that my Dad was admitted to the hospital for his knee again. Has a fever and it is swollen. Not a good sign. This will be the 5th operation on his knees!

So today I am in a mood and plugging away...stressed and irritated and then I get a call from my sister! She's at another hospital for severe stomach pains! Attempting to leave work early to go see her. She is all by herself and that would suck HUGE BALLS!

Its another jam packed week! We are booked for Cali for the 21st for 10 days...I pray everything will be ok! Hope you all had a fabulous weekend!

Does anyone have any where one of the inicisions was?? I have one underneath my right breast bone...I knew I wasnt going crazy! I can feel something! If so, how did you deal with it? Thanks!

I was able to eat salmon, mashies and salad! Oh my gawd, it was delicious!!!!

Going for a small unfill tomorrow...a little nervous cause my last one was in May 2010!
I need it...I went to the doc for my GERD and I got some meds - feeling better but I can't eat a solid thing and my whole body hurts! I must be lacking in some sort of nutrients!

Last night I even did the choking waking up thing...scared the crap out of me!

WE are also going to Cali next month and visiting family and I want to be able to eat something...SOMETHING! This isnt the way I wanted to do it and now I feel ready to increase my work out and watch WHAT I eat!

I was having a pretty good week but then the last couple of days I have had a lot of issues...and I thinking its G.E.R.D. cause I have all the symptoms...and it sucks HUGE! I finally threw up everything last night and what a relief! I have a doc appointment today to find out what I can do. Also debating whether I should go for a small unfill...IT WILL BE A YEAR IN MAY SINCE MY LAST ONE! What do you peeps think???

Id like to eat a little more but I am losing steadily and now its getting slower and slower...I reached the 75lb mark!

On a happier note I ordered my IPAD 2.0 online this morning...boy was it ever exciting! I can't wait to get it delivered!

1 Year Bandiversary!

I've been thinking about what to post...
I then figured I should just reflect on the past year and how my life has changed for the better!

It was Wednesday, February 24th, 2010...7am! I left the kids with my mil cause they thought I was getting an ultrasound. Yeah, I know crazy! My husband dropped me off and by 1:00pm he was there to pick me up! Got home and the rest is history...well most of you have read it! hehehe!

Today I am 159lbs...which is a loss of 73lbs! 73lbs I will never never see again and for that I will BELIEVE! I didn't think it would ever be possible. Honestly...

I am happy where I am...size 10 or 12 in clothes and feeling great! For me it was all about being able to "shop at a real store"! And dammit I can finally do it and it brings me peace! I feel real and alive! I feel sexy and my confidence is back! Just bring it!

Anyone just starting out...just believe in yourself and it will come - one day at a time!
Anyone who is in a rut, just get up and dust yourself off...today is another day!

The compliments keep pouring in...I like it but its definitely gonna take some getting used to. What were they thinking when I was 232????

Here's to all of you beautiful people that have helped me with this journey and for that I will be forever grateful! The sun is shining on the westcoast...turn up the sound, pump on some PINK and DANCE!

I'M back...

And it was pure bliss! One week of no kids, no husbands and just chillin by the pool!

I was pretty tight from flying so I did well with eating wise...wish I could have eaten a little more! I did lose weight which was not a huge surprise since I walked every day with my mom on the beach! Man she is insane...first day I could not keep up with her! I just get all panicky when I am away and eating in front of people. I need to make that stop!

I just realized that Thursday the 24th will be my bandiversary! Oh my...Ill have to start thinking of my next post!

Ok, this may be what I have...

I just read Roo's post at http://abrandnewroo.blogspot.com/ and she has this and then of course I went and read online. It has to be it cause I have no stones...after a barium, ct scan and ultrasound, they could not find any rocks or ulcer! I had a couple of months of stress, anxiety, and major pb'g! I sure hope this is the answer that I am looking for...

I see the specialist in March...30th! I had one for next week but I had to postpone since Ill be in Mexico! I know, I know!

I was eating a piece of ham with spice and thats what set the pain off...the last couple of days! Feeling better now! I would say a bland diet has definitely helped!

What is the equivalent of Gaviscon in Canada? Do we carry it?
