Sometimes I get a pain when I'm too tight and I eat, but not on a consistent basis. Just during times when I should probably do mushies and push it. I hope you're feeling OK. If you're worried please call your Dr.
I'm only 3+ weeks out (no fill yet), but the last two days I have had a pain like a runner's stitch (closest thing I can compare it to) on my left side. It only lasts about a 1/2 hour and it feels better to lay down. First, I thought it was due to bending over too much to work on some files...still not sure. I was going to post on my blog because I thought it was a bit weird. Hmmm...
I do ever once in a while... but not all the time... I am not sure if I'm eating too fast or too much. Who knows? BTW, we were able to flip flop our trip so we will be in toronto before the G8/G20 summit instead of during and Niagara during the G8/G20... *Maria*
I sometimes get a pain in my left shoulder after eating. My understanding is that this is 'referred pain' from diaphragm irritation. I agree: if you are worried, call your doctor... but this is a fairly common symptom and I continue to have it periodically. It can be a sign that I am full/ need to stop eating...
Yes I do sometimes and lately I have woken up with a sore feeling on my left side nowhere near the port. Maybe its the big bit of the stomach shrinking? I'm no Doc so get checked if you are worried x
YES, YES, YES!!! It is exactly like getting a stitch in my left side and is always way worse if I eat more than I should... I had it quite frequently in my first 6 months after banding, but it has calmed down a bit now.
Yeah and I get it when I work out really hard ... i have done a little research it may be a gall bladder thing, but I have been avoiding the issue. Happens more when I eat too much and the bad stuff too.. I don't know if thats what it is but its a possibility

ReplyDeleteYep, once in a while. Popcorn always used to trigger it in me, but now it's fine.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely like a runners stitch!
