And I am trying to get into see the doc tomorrow (wed)!
She said its very rare for a slipped band and it could just be that I am tight. I told her that I have not had a fill since may and she said with my body changing and even the weather change, it can affect my band. Let's see...keep you all posted!
I am just not liking the nausea, vomitting, chest pain and constipation!
Hope you are all having a better day!
Keep us posted! I hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you called! Please let us know what they say....good luck!
ReplyDeleteoooh no!! Please keep us posted. I hope it isn't a slipped band and that you get to filling better.
ReplyDeleteYour symptoms sound just like mine Nella....its good that you are going because it sounds like you need an unfill. I too hadn't had a fill for 2 months and than all of a sudden I started getting stuck like crazy, PB'ing everything. Liquids barely stayed down. I went to the doc after about 3 weeks of this (I was travelling) and the doc took some fill out. I was so swollen from all the vomiting.
ReplyDeleteHe explained that water retention can make your band very tight and I've been having hormone issues so its probably the culprit in my case. I wouldn't worry too much about a slip but I'm glad you are going regardless!
I had a similar problem last week - hadn't had a fill since September and suddenly started PBing and had acid reflux and night coughing - horrid! Had a small unfill on Friday (.3 mls) and all the symptoms stopped - unfortunately I am now hungry again! Good luck.
ReplyDeleteYuck! Feel better!
ReplyDeleteI hope they can help you feel better!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry I didn't see your first shout out for help. And sorry for your trouble. I hope this gets sorted out quickly... please keep us 'posted.'
